Place to Visit in Cambodia

Cambodia is located in the heart mainland of Southeast Asia, which makes appear images of a glorious and mysterious past and rich of the cultural heritages, in particular the world’s renowned ancient temple city. There is increasing number of tourists from all over the world. Most visitors arrived through Siem Reap with the remainder through Phnom Penh and other destinations. Cambodia has many fascinating destinations, where many travelers are attracted to come here every year. Furthermore, other destinations include Sihanoukyille in the south weat which has many picturesque beaches and the sleepy riverside town of Battambang in the east. These places contribute a large of portion of travelers to Cambodia. The area around Kampot and Kep including the Bokor Hill Station are also of interest to visitors. Not only Angkor Wat, Bayon, Taprohm, Sandstone of ancient holy places, the giant roots of ancient trees, the graceful shapes of Apsaras and some temples, hill tribes settled in the remote areas, colorful pagodas, strings of pristine islands and the beautiful beach.

The main attractions for international tourists are the Angkor Wat historical park in Siem Reap province, the beaches in Sihanoukyille and the capital city Phnom Penh.
